Setting up a Recipient for Cash Payout

Before you can transfer money you will need to set up a recipient.

1. Login to the cardholder website.
2. Click on Manage Accounts in the left column.
3. Click on the Add Account button.
4. Fill in all of the information about the recipient. You must fill in all fields with bold type next to them.
5. Make sure the destination country drop down is set to the country you are transferring money to.
6. The recipient method should be set to cash. If your recipient has a checking account, follow the next set of instructions titled Setting up a Recipient with Bank Account.
7. Select which pickup location your recipient wishes to use: Bancomer (BTS), Banco HSBC or Telecoms Telegrafos
8. Click on ADD.

If you successfully completed the recipient set up, after you click on ADD, you will receive verification. Click on the continue button if you want to add another recipient. You will be taken back to the Manage Account screen and you should see the name of the recipient you just set up.

Setting up a Recipient with a Bank Account

Before you can transfer money you will need to set up a recipient. While cash payouts are available in all countries, transfers to bank accounts are only available to the following*:

• Brazil
• Ecuador
• El Salvador
• Guatemala
• Mexico
• Peru

1. Login to the cardholder website.
2. Click on Manage Accounts in the left column.
3. Click on the Add Account button.
4. Fill in all of the information about the recipient. You must fill in all fields with bold type next to them.
5. Make sure the destination country drop down is set to the country you are transferring money to.
6. The recipient method should be set to bank account.
7. Select which pickup location your recipient wishes to use: for example-Bancomer (BTS), Banco HSBC or Telecoms Telegrafos (These may vary based on countries)
8. Type in the account number
9. Click on ADD.

If you successfully completed the recipient set up, after you click on ADD, you will receive verification. Click on the continue button if you want to add another recipient. You will be taken back to the Manage Account screen and you should see the name of the recipient you just set up.

Initiate the International Money Transfer

1. Click on the Transfer Funds button in the left column.
2. Use the down arrow to choose which recipient you want to send money to.
3. Fill in the amount of money you want to transfer in whole dollar increments. It cannot be more than your balance or the maximum $1000 per day transfer limit.

If you successfully completed the international money transfer, after you click on submit, you will receive verification.

*Cash payouts are not available in Haiti.
